Jens has 20 years of experience in research and development in the area of aerodynamics, wind-tunnel testing, flow measurements and computational fluid dynamics. Further more he have 8 years of experience as an internal auditor according to ISO 9001.
The motivation and driving force have always been the tough challenges where others tends to give up.
Emma is a mix between FT and standard Labrador with capital FT. She is a fast leaner and on duty she works until task/assignment is solved, even though there isn't one. She is an extremely happy and social dog who knows when to work and when to play. She is a gentle caring family dog who likes to play with other dogs and humans.
Emma's primary task is variable surface tracking, VST, and tracking dog urban, TDU. The goal is 15 km VST. Besides tracking the training is competitive obedience, nose work.
Hiking is one of her favorite tasks, which started as a part of her VST-training, and 3-4 times a year we go to Sweden for Hiking.
Laura came to us when she was five months old, she was a "skittish" dog, scared of both dogs and humans. A desensitization program was worked out by Mette Holmgren at Slagesle Vetenarian Hospital, where we for a year once a week attended controlled exposure to other dogs. One of the reasons for her skittishness was found in January 2011, spondylosis in her bag, and since marts 2011 she have received chiropractic treatments 4-5 times a year. After two treatments her behavior changed significantly, and today she likes the company of other dogs and humans.
Her primary training is Nose Work, and in her younger days VST/TDU.
